This policy explains what information RhondaAugustus.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Rhonda E. Augustus. If you have any question about it, write to info@rhondaaugustus.com.
What I collect
- Information you send me. When you send an inquiry, email me, or book a call, I receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, and event details.
- Newsletter sign-ups. When you request the free guide, you share your name and email address so I can send the guide and The Confident Communicator newsletter.
- Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe and Payhip. I do not see or store your full card details.
- Basic site data. Like most websites, the site and its hosting provider may record technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working well.
How I use it
- To reply to your inquiry and plan speaking, training, or coaching work with you
- To deliver products you buy and resources you request
- To send the newsletter you signed up for, which you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link
I do not sell your personal information.
Services this site uses
Some features are provided by trusted services, each with its own privacy policy: Wix (website hosting), Microsoft (booking calendar and sign-up forms), Stripe (coaching payments), Payhip (digital products), Google Fonts (typefaces), and Netlify (the Invisible Scorecard assessment). When you use those features, the service receives the information needed to provide it.
Your choices
You can ask me to correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or to stop sending you email, by writing to info@rhondaaugustus.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
